Pregame notes for Game 6:

Danny Granger and David West will start. Both have been hobbled – Granger with a sprained ankle, West with a sprained knee.

Indiana coach Frank Vogel said he has talked to his team about not losing its composure. He said he wants to make sure his team doesn’t retaliate.

Vogel said there won’t be a bigger emphasis on Roy Hibbert, even with the suspensions to Udonis Haslem and Dexter Pittman. But Miami is extremely thin inside.

Vogel said Granger will start out on James, but he will keep a close eye on him to see if he’s having problems.

Gold swagger is back. The mustard yellow shirts will again dominate Bankers Life.

Granger’s shooting percentage has improved each game this series. He was 1-10 in Game 1, then improved to 5-for-14, 6-for-15, 8-for-18 and 3-for-6.

LeBron’s averages in the series: 30.4 points, 11.8 rebs, 6.0 assists, 2.6 steals, 50% from the field.

Wade’s average in the series is up to 23.2. He’s only shooting 42 percent. Paul George, who got votes for the all-defense team, has played a role in that.

No Pacer player is averaging more than 13 points in the series.

Indiana is shooting just 39 percent as a team.
